I had a dress from Stacey’s prom and bridal that they completely ruined the back with alterations. The owner then obliterated me in her reply of my Google review. I got my dress yesterday and broke down in tears at how bad the back was messed up. It was just unwearable as it was now so unflattering and embarrassing. This was FIVE days from my wedding. We made a last minute appointment to try and find a new dress as I just cannot wear my first one. I found the perfect dress that fit like a glove and needed minimal alterations. Eleanor, the seamstress, was so kind and fast while being precise. Maria helped me find the dress. She listened to what happened and validated my feelings about the first dress, which was so great to feel like I wasn’t crazy. She picked the dress I ended up choosing and was so helpful and kind. I was worried I’d be somewhat of an inconvenience, but never was made to feel that way. My wedding is four days away and I’m not dreading it anymore. I highly recommend this place to any bride, it is well worth it. I will update with photos after the wedding!!!!!

I came in for a bridal appointment, and was so amazed by my stylist Maria and the owner Katie, so friendly and welcoming. I was able to pick dresses to try on, Maria listened to what I liked and my budget, and helped me find dresses to try as well. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Maria picked the very last dress I tried on and it was the one! Katie was very helpful in describing the alteration process. I was so excited to be able to take my dress home that day! I can’t recommend these ladies enough!!

I wish I would have wrote this sooner so I could have remembered the name of the lady who helped me! She was phenomenal! I’d always seen this store in ankeny and heard good things, I hoped one day I would get a chance to go in! I’m so glad I made the trip to Nevada to their new spot. The atmosphere was great , the dresses were beautiful and the overall experience was wonderful! I honestly had no intention of finding a dress that day because I am a completely indecisive person who needs to always needs to think it over.
